The National Spasmodic Torticollis Association (NSTA) and Parkinson’s and Movement Disorder Foundation (PMDF) are partnering up to raise funding Together we will host the MOVE4U 5K Walk/Run Fundraiser at Mile Square Park on April 26, 2025. The event will take place at Shelter #4 at Mile Square Park Fountain Valley, CA 92708.
$20 Registration Fee Includes: Hat, Sandwiches and Cookies from Katella Deli, & Water
Kids under 16 free

10:00 am: Race Start Time

12:30 p.m. announce winners and raffle prizes drawing
